Job summary

Performance Team in Cedar Hill, TX, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staffing, and safety within our distribution center. You will coordinate inbound/outbound schedules, supervise 20+ employees, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience. The role is full-time, on-site, with an afternoon shift and a pay range of $65,000–$67,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to supervise 20+ employees and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Communicates updates to operational procedures to staff.
• Monitors productivity and evaluates performance by individual and department.
• Collaborates with Inventory Control to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manages payroll for the department.
• Advises staff on item handling and equipment usage.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Issues instructions and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
