Job summary

Performance Team seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the daily tasks of workers in a busy facility. You will plan inbound and outbound schedules, assign duties, and ensure safety and accuracy in stocking and shipping processes.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to meet customer performance metrics. The position includes supervising 20+ staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and present information clearly; basic math and data entry.
• Experience with MS Office suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 20+ employees in operations.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Assign workers to duties based on workloads and shipping schedules.
• Review and update procedures; ensure understanding by warehouse staff.
• Track productivity and staff performance; coordinate with Inventory Control.
