Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Minnesota to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, and coordinate with Receiving and Inventory teams. You will ensure safe, efficient processes and support peak season workload with strong leadership.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, solid communication, and the ability to work with other departments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily warehouse staffing for shipping/receiving efficiency.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities (shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Oversee warehouse safety and training compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations and data entry.
