Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct the store's warehouse operations, supervise staff, and support daily freight scheduling. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control, ensuring safe, efficient work practices and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication and math skills, and the ability to coordinate with other departments in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and follow-up skills.
• Able to work with other departments and communicate clearly.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with Windows-based systems.
• Able to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping/receiving.
• Direct daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving and inventory.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and safety programs per regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipping, invoicing and packing slips.
• Complete activity reports for management and data entry flow.
• Ensure products are staged, stored properly and rotated as needed.
