Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required in warehouse or distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and math/calculation abilities, office software proficient.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Oversee warehouse operations including storage, inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with OSHA regulations across the warehouse.
• Train associates and manage discipline, safety, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse flow and data entry accuracy.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
