Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations across our retail stores. You will oversee warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, coordinating with Receiving and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock and timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or DC setting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills are essential.
• Ability to work with diverse departments and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance and inventory control.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures; manage disciplinary process as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
