Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution team in its Elyria, OH facility. You will ensure timely receipt and fulfillment, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvements across processes to meet customer expectations.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory warehousing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff. You will manage scheduling, safety, and performance, contributing to a high-performing operations environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or equivalent.
• Ability to train individuals in loading and warehousing.
• Willing to adjust schedule to manage department.
• Leadership and supervisory experience with management principles.
• Understanding of warehousing and distribution practices (order picking, packing, shipping).
• Knowledge of coaching and counseling staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members within a functional area.
• Support department/ senior manager to ensure timely product receipt, order fulfillment, and resource optimization.
• Manage team compliance with policies and drive process improvements.
• Supervise daily operations until work is completed.
• Improve processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training, and auditing.
• Foster a safe, engaging environment focused on DC metrics and housekeeping.
