Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a DC Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the distribution center. The role focuses on improving performance, productivity, and profitability while managing staffing, scheduling, and training across multiple teams.

You will coordinate with internal partners and other departments to implement lean improvements, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. Applicants should have extensive DC/warehouse experience and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with process improvement and lean concepts.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Cross-collaboration with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: manage, mentor, and develop the teams, including setting performance objectives and coaching.
• Monitor operations performance through KPIs and reports.
• Enforce safety guidelines and regulations (OSHA) for compliance.
• Develop action plans to meet customer and business needs and reduce returns.
• Implement and monitor efficient processes for performance and productivity.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with individuals and groups; share information timely.
