Job summary

Archway is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the production floor, report to the Operations Manager, and drive efficiency, safety, and quality. The role requires coordinating daily activities, setting up lines, and mentoring team members to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience including receiving, shipping, product fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, including coaching and development of employees.
• Capable of working independently and as part of, and leading, a team.
• Experience with standard warehousing procedures and policies.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to determine priorities, make decisions, and organize the workspace to create an organized operation.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables.
• Supervises all operations personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Plan daily activities with the operations manager and support teams.
• Ensure all employees understand their duties before each shift.
• Review production schedule and work orders to prioritize the workforce and meet client expectations.
• Set up operating lines at shift start for efficient labor and time use.
• Supervise shift employees to maximize productivity while maintaining safety protocols.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees on your shift to uphold safety and performance standards.
• Support and maintain corporate quality standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide a safe working environment in line with OSHA regulations and company policies.
• All other duties as assigned
