Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Lead in our Ohio distribution center to oversee the putaway of inbound products and the pulling and staging of outbound orders. You will guide a team of associates under the Warehouse Supervisor, create daily assignments, and drive improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and quality to meet business needs. Candidates should have warehouse experience and be able to manage schedules and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar suite
• Ability to train others in putaway, pulling and warehouse processing functions
• Willing to adjust schedule to support department needs
• Standing for extended periods and physical ability to move furniture up to 150 pounds
• Certified on a reach truck and pallet jack

Responsibilities

• Lead daily putaway and pulling operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Direct Arhaus employees and temporary staff under supervision of Warehouse Supervisor.
• Create assignments and balance workload with the daily DC plan.
• Ensure SHP locations are properly recorded in STORIS and report discrepancies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team using radio etiquette.
