Floor & Decor, a leading home improvement retailer in Georgia, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations, oversee staff, and coordinate with receiving and inventory control. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and accuracy in shipments and inventory management.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with other departments.
• Proficient in Windows-based systems and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Oversee Safe, efficient operation and equipment maintenance; ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor paperwork flow from Receiving to Inventory Control and resolve discrepancies.
