Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced operations leader to support the Director of Operations at the distribution center. You will direct warehouse activities, oversee production and order fulfillment, and drive operational excellence daily.

The role requires coordinating HR processes, managing expenses, and ensuring accurate inventory movement and vendor relations. A proactive leader will help resolve issues and maintain safety and compliance standards across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish operational procedures for shipments, materials handling and inventory control.
• Support HR processes, staffing, performance management and training at the facility.
• Monitor expenses, coordinate repairs, and manage freight and supplier communications.
• Oversee inventory movement from trailer to racks and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
• Assist sales teams and address customer service issues and OSI-registered complaints.
• Ensure safe practices and oversee safety culture.
