Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring receipt, storage, and shipment of supplies safely and efficiently for healthcare providers nationwide.

You will direct a team of warehouse professionals, focus on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, optimize space usage, and mentor staff while coordinating with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• Comfortable directing daily warehouse activities and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time and accurately.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Lead day-to-day activities of employees, assign and review work, provide guidance on complex issues.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.
