Job summary

Medline is seeking an Operations Lead to direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment at the distribution center. You will establish procedures for receiving, verification, materials disposition, and keep inventory current while partnering with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges.

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a distribution center; production and staff oversight.
• Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enforces procedures for receiving, verification, materials disposition, and inventory accuracy.
• Leads daily warehouse and production activities to meet order fulfillment targets.
• Collaborates with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges and ensure timely shipments.
• Oversees Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and inventory control.
• Supports HR processes, safety practices, and training at the local facility.
