The role focuses on operational excellence, safety, and cost-effective processes in a high-volume environment with daily revenue activity and a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certification as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical products.
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse operations and distribution center environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence - establish procedures for shipments, materials disposition, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure on-time order fulfillment and production targets.
• Human Capital Management - support staffing, performance management, and training.
• Inventory management - monitor movement from trailer to racks to shipping; oversee Vendor Managed Inventory.
