Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to support the Director of Operations in driving efficiency across warehouse operations, production, and order fulfillment. The role offers exposure to growth opportunities within a fast-paced distribution center and collaboration with a dedicated team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Certified as a CDR by the State of Florida to ensure compliant operations and handling of pharmaceutical products.
3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse environment.
Strong communication, writing skills, and active listening; ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Establishes procedures for shipping/receiving, inventory, and production; lead daily processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Partner with the Director of Operations to resolve challenges and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Support HR processes at the local facility, including staffing and performance management.
Oversee daily expenses, repairs, and freight scheduling with carriers; manage vendor communications.
Monitor inventory movement (VMI) and enforce safe practices and housekeeping.
