Job summary
Medline Industries, LP seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and shipping. You will lead a team, drive safety and process adherence, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
- At least 3 years warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage.
- Audit goods received and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coach and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
- Ensure routine paperwork is completed on time.
- Maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Lead day-to-day activities, assign and review work; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
