Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to assist branch leadership in managing daily warehouse operations. You will supervise staff, optimize labor, and ensure accurate inventory, on-time order processing and correct delivery to customers. The role requires WMS experience, strong leadership, and a willingness to work weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years supervisory experience in warehousing.
Experience with WMS and automated distribution technologies.
Ability to lift 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods.
Weekend and/or non-standard hours availability.

Responsibilities

Assist branch leadership with supervision and workflow to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order processing.
Analyze daily labor needs and redirect resources to meet customer needs.
Review supervisor schedules to ensure coverage and balanced hours.
Direct maintenance, shipping, receiving staff to resolve issues.
Develop and implement workaround strategies when issues arise.
Monitor outbound activities and adjust as needed.
Coach, train and mentor team in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
