Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in the United States seeks an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.

You will establish procedures for shipments, verify incoming and outgoing goods, manage inventory currentness, and lead daily processes to achieve timely, accurate order fulfillment. You will partner with the Director of Operations to resolve challenges and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu.
• Certification: CDR by the State of Florida (for applicable roles).
• Work experience: 3–5 years supervisory experience supporting personnel & warehouse staff.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to document processes.
• Ability to navigate multi-cultural environments with urgency and integrity.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establish operational procedures for shipments, materials handling, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead daily processes to ensure timely order fulfillment with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges.
• Support HR processes at the local facility, including staffing and performance management.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure housekeeping standards.
