Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehousing team in the United States. You will drive workflows, manage labor plans, and ensure health and safety compliance while reporting on KPIs to support continuous improvement.

With 2+ years in supervision and a background in logistics, you will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to hire Supervisors and meet customer expectations across a broad network of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience; required.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience; required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety across the organization.
• Compile reports on KPIs (productivity, accuracy, etc.) to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to implement a thorough hiring process for Supervisors and top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and achieve high customer satisfaction.
