Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Six or more years of experience in operations, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations (preferred).
• Experience leading and developing hourly associates and teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to use data and dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates and supervisors to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Promote safety-first culture through training and adherence to standards.
• Manage daily operations including workflow, inventory accuracy, and transportation coordination.
• Build staffing plans based on forecasted volume and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, standard work, GEMBA walks, process mapping, or other operational excellence practices.
• Support the talent lifecycle including interviewing, training, and performance management.
