You will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to align resources and drive an engaging, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• “Six or more years of experience in operations or related fields.”

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates, supervisors, and teams to hit safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture through training, accountability, and process adherence.
• Oversee daily operations, manage workflow, inventory accuracy, and customer delivery expectations.
• Develop staffing plans based on forecasted volume and priorities.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends, risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve site objectives.
