Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the Warehouse Supervisor with inbound or outbound management, allocate tasks, and produce productivity reports. You will coordinate receipt and scheduling of shipments, communicate disruptions to customers, and help ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role involves leading warehouse staff, ensuring safety and quality standards, and participating in daily workflow planning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related warehouse experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• Willingness and ability to operate warehouse equipment (PIT preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience leading a team and sharing feedback with employees preferred
• Prior knowledge working with WMS system

Responsibilities

• Assist with training new employees on procedures
• Work with leadership to ensure safety, productivity and quality
• Coordinate housekeeping, inventory control and safety requirements
• Plan and coordinate daily workflow with warehouse priorities
• Lead team meetings including safety and quality discussions
• Resolve minor issues and respond to employee inquiries
• Work in production as needed
