The role covers inbound and outbound management, directing staff on the warehouse floor, coordinating shipment receipts, and generating productivity reports to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with AIMS and basic computer skills.
• RF scanner experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to manage inventory levels, submit orders, and audit operations.
• Direct workflows on the warehouse floor for packing, unloading, and shipping.
• Analyze data and reports to gauge productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors on priorities and inventory.
• Assist in workload forecasting and labor planning.
• Assist in inbound/outbound shipping and stocking as needed.
