Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is assisting a long-established agricultural equipment manufacturer in Janesville, WI, to find a Warehouse Manager. You will lead a 10-person team in receiving, storage and distribution, driving KPI improvements and safe, cost-efficient operations.

You will oversee inventory control, QA coordination, and the implementation of supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Strong leadership and WMS/SAP familiarity are preferred to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; moving to SAP in coming years.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in operations.
• Develop and improve supply chain strategies aligned with corporate goals; manage KPIs.
• Own inventory control and finished goods shipping duties.
• Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound goods; resolve quality issues.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and reconcile with records; identify root causes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance (forklifts, cranes); develop capex proposals.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment for special projects and meet shipping volume objectives.
• Serve as Go-To expert on WMS and shipping processes; daily validations.
