Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Janesville, WI is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will lead the headquarters warehouses, supervise 10 associates, and drive efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials.

You will develop and implement supply chain strategies, monitor weekly KPIs, ensure inventory accuracy and QA, and oversee equipment maintenance and compliance, while coordinating with Quality Assurance and planning capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and related processes.
• Ability to develop and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance targets.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and implement long- and short-range supply chain strategies to meet objectives; update weekly KPIs.
• Be accountable for all controlled inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure QA, inventory accuracy, and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products; work with QA to resolve issues.
• Control inventory accuracy via physical cycle counts and data reconciliation; drive corrective actions.
• Ensure shipping/warehousing complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee equipment needs and maintenance programs for shipping/warehousing; propose capital expenditures and budgets.
• Oversee safe operation of large forklifts for special projects outside shipping.
• Meet periodic shipping volume objectives and report any exceptions.
• Ensure products received/shipped uphold company quality standards.
• Serve as go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes; perform daily validations in systems.
