• Ability to analyze data and act on improvement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow the performance of a team of about 20 employees
• Recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training the right resources
• Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse associates; monitor performance
• Attend educational workshops; review publications; build networks; participate in societies
• Own process improvement through problem-solving, project management, continual improvement
• Meet warehouse financial standards: budgeting, expenditures, variances, corrective actions
• Drive KPI metrics and scorecards
