Job summary

KLS Kenco Logistic Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse associates, ensure safety and quality, and maintain efficiency across the distribution floor. You will schedule work, assign duties, monitor shipping, and coach staff while upholding corporate SOPs and policies.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years in warehousing or distribution, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Min. 3 years in warehousing or distribution.
• Min. 6 months supervisory experience.
• PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of warehouse associates to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect for quality and adherence to policies.
• Schedule inventories and manage shipping of outbound orders.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in Safety Committee.
• Develop processes and drive improvements across operations.
