Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of warehousing or distribution experience.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow for cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties, inspect work for quality, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Schedule inventories and monitor outbound shipping accuracy.
• Issue instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Support Safety Program and participate on the Safety Committee.
• Assist in process improvements and training of standard works.
