Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse activities in Flower Mound, TX, ensuring efficient logistics, production flow, and KPI achievement. You will manage budgets and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs for major telecom and broadband services.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leadership within production, manufacturing, distribution, or service contexts, with P&L experience and strong data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments with P&L/budgets.
• Proficient in managing workload, deadlines, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with strategic mindset.
• Proficient knowledge of OSHA standards and safety compliance.
• Experience with WMS, Kronos/UKG and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports, P&L, and daily financial reporting with corporate.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and maintain safe working conditions.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Communicate SLA adherence to management and customers; resolve issues.
• Address employee concerns and support escalated issues during shifts.
• Utilize WMS and other tools for analytics and reporting.
