Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager in Lewisville, TX to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate multiple departments, ensure smooth workflow, and drive efficiency and safety. You will manage production processes, budgets, and SLAs while aligning with corporate strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in fast-paced environments, strong analytical skills, WMS proficiency, and experience with P&L reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with P&L and budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory software, and MS Office.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Capable of leading and motivating a warehouse team and prioritizing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Manage reports, daily P&L reporting and participate in P&L calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or surpass daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support escalations and coordinate with corporate resources for improvements.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track inventory and generate actionable reports.
