Job summary

Tellworks Logistics in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, drive KPI performance, and ensure accurate receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes.

You will lead a site-based team, coordinate with regional leadership, monitor SLA compliance, conduct cycle counts, and implement process improvements while maintaining a safe, orderly, and customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Must have assertive, energetic entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong focus on customer relationship building.
• Knowledge of warehousing operations with 5+ years of experience.
• Ability to coordinate intra-departmental functions and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and oversight of the facility.
• Participate in weekly regional meetings focusing on performance and execution.
• Troubleshoot operational, system, or customer issues and implement corrective action.
• Record and monitor KPIs (SLA’s) per contract and address underperformance.
