Job summary

Tellworks Logistics in Atlanta, GA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead outbound operations, drive process improvements, and monitor KPIs for contractual performance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS systems).

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the accuracy and quality of all outbound processes.
• Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies, system processing issues, and operational opportunities and provide corrective action to resolve.
• Record and monitor KPI's (SLA's) per contract; work with Management to rectify issues.
• Ensure that all processes related to department tasks are followed and take corrective action when not followed.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Drive process improvement and warehouse process standardization; ensure training is completed as needed.
• Drive Safety Initiative; ensure the facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
• Provide leadership and coaching to site-based team thru active training and evaluating employees.
