You will partner with regional management, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements across receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping to meet SLAs and protect assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehousing/operations leadership.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and SLA performance.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations.
• Lead weekly regional operations meetings.
• Troubleshoot operational and customer issues.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure SLA attainment.
• Ensure proper receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping.
• Drive safety and process standardization.
• Coach site team and manage staffing and overtime.
• Collaborate with management to optimize capacity and workflow.
• Generate reports from data analyses.
