Job summary

Tellworks Logistics, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks a seasoned Warehouse and Operations Leader to oversee daily facility management and drive performance across shifts. You will partner with regional management to ensure uptime, safety, and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with processes.

Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of warehousing operations experience and a proven track record in leadership, safety initiatives, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehousing operations experience and leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and safety initiatives.
• Strong customer relationship management and service delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and oversight of the facility.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Regional Operations Manager focusing on performance.
• Troubleshoot problems (customer, system, operational) and implement corrective actions.
• Record and monitor KPIs (SLA’s) per contract and collaborate with Operations Manager to address underperformance.
• Ensure receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes are followed; take corrective action when needed.
• Drive process improvements and warehouse standardization; ensure training is completed.
