Top Dog Recruiting seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead a 10-person warehouse team at our client's headquarters, overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution of all materials. You will drive safe, timely, and cost-effective product output while optimizing processes and KPIs.

You will manage inventory accuracy, QA collaboration, and capital expenditure planning, with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems with plans to move to SAP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-starter who drives continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates and lead daily operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely inbound/outbound processing.
• Coordinate with QA to resolve quality issues before shipping.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for shipping and handling.
• Oversee equipment and maintenance for shipping/warehousing.
• Achieve shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Serve as subject matter expert for WMS and related software.
