Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is assisting a major agricultural equipment manufacturer in hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead the headquarters warehouses. You will supervise a team of 10, oversee receiving, storage and distribution, and drive safe, timely and cost-efficient output.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience with WMS and an upcoming SAP migration, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with WMS and SAP transition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with objectives; track weekly KPIs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time shipping, coordinating with QA.
• Oversee safety, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
