Job summary

CS Recruiting client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a manufacturing setting, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials and finished goods. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic oversight with daily execution among warehouse staff.

The candidate will drive operational excellence through safety compliance, process discipline, and continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of warehouse leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
Proven track record in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Experience leading and developing warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping.
Ensure flow of materials to production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Develop processes to maximize space, productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
Monitor KPIs; implement improvements for efficiency.
Lead safety compliance and OSHA guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and visibility.
