SteveRecruiter, LLC is assisting a major agricultural equipment manufacturer seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team and oversee receiving, storage and distribution across the headquarters warehouses.

You will drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain compliance while managing equipment and safety. The role requires hands-on leadership and clear communication to align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to develop and improve supply chain strategies.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP transition.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates in the operation of the client’s warehouses.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Be accountable for all inventory and finished goods shipping and warehouse duties.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely transactions for inbound/outbound products; coordinate with QA for quality issues.
• Conduct physical cycle counts and investigate root causes of inaccuracies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and capital expenditure proposals for shipping/warehousing.
• Oversee safe operation of forklifts and equipment for special projects outside shipping.
• Meet shipping volume objectives and report exceptions.
• Maintain product quality standards for packaging and completeness.
• Serve as the go-to expert on WMS and shipping processes.
