Job summary

Drive Medical in Palmetto, GA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead order planning, staffing and process management for our durable medical goods operations.

You will train pickers and billers, enforce SOPs, collaborate across departments, and drive safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Bachelor’s degree, 2 years WM experience, SAP knowledge and Lean/Six Sigma certification are preferred; on-site role with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge / experience in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Preferred Certification in Lean/Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Lead order planning and workforce management.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure correct shipment of all customer orders; train pickers, billers, auditors and others.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to respond to daily workloads.
• Coach and develop team performance and productivity.
