Confidential Company in Savannah, GA seeks a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead daily distribution, optimize inventory, and drive safety-focused operations. You will supervise shipping/receiving, manage staff, and collaborate with logistics providers to meet deadlines.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong WMS knowledge, forklift operation, and OSHA-compliant processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience with inventory control and distribution.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL partners to meet delivery deadlines.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity across the warehouse.
• Oversee inventory management using WMS to maintain stock accuracy.
• Lead, train and motivate staff to uphold safety standards and teamwork.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance.
