Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to lead order planning and daily operations in our New Jersey facility. You will manage staff, optimize processes, and ensure accurate shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in warehouse management, and experience with SAP/ERP systems, plus strong MS Office skills for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in Warehouse management.
• 2 years of experience in a role with occasional customer contact.
• Knowledge/experience in SAP or ERP systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead order planning and coordination of team priorities.
• Oversee warehouse operations and non-exempt staff workload.
• Develop and support warehouse best practices.
• Ensure accurate shipment of customer orders and training of staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance workloads.
• Mentor and coach team members and drive performance.
