Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead based in Palmetto, GA to coordinate weekend shift operations and drive efficient department performance. The role requires lead experience in logistics/manufacturing and forklift experience, with HS Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Prior lead/supervisor experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Monitor KPI’s, Quality Metrics, timecard exceptions & productivity.
• Provide back up to the Supervisor during absences (sickness, holidays, meetings).
• Liaise with all operational departments to ensure smooth workflow and synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff and participate in warehouse operations and activities.
• Schedule to meet production goals and KPIs; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
