Job summary

Stabilus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Aftermarket Warehouse in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee daily activities, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, while driving safety, quality, and KPI performance.

You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with Production Planning and Logistics, and implement Lean/5S improvements to optimize flow. Must have SAP ERP experience and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial product environment is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, pick/pack, shipping, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to align warehouse capacity with manufacturing schedules and demand.
• Manage dock scheduling and carrier relationships for on-time freight movement.
• Lead cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Maintain and report warehouse KPIs such as accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Directly supervise full-time and temporary staff; manage schedules and shifts.
