Job summary

Drive Medical is seeking a results-driven operations leader to oversee order planning, coordination of the team, and process management across our warehouse. You will supervise scheduling, ensure safety, quality, and on-time deliveries for the durable medical goods we produce from canes to wheelchairs and hospital beds.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with starting pay at $24.08 per hour. You will work with SAP, MS Office tools, and packaging controls while developing people

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management System.
• Basic mechanical skills and hand tools experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and labeling software; RF scanners.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily work schedule to meet customer requirements.
• Alert team members to special configurations or customer delivery requirements.
• Process information in SAP system.
• Maintain supplies and equipment needed to complete tasks.
• Operate material handling equipment (occasional).
• Oversee packaging inspection and ensure proper labeling.
