Job summary

MAAG in Kent, Ohio seeks a dedicated Logistics Supervisor to direct shipping, receiving and inventory control on a combined office and factory floor setting. You will lead warehouse personnel, drive On-Time Delivery and optimize space, labeling, and safety compliance.

The role requires 3+ years of domestic/international logistics coordination, ERP/MRP experience (SAP preferred), and previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics coordination in domestic and international shipping.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years using ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• 2+ years coordinating carrier scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and schedules warehouse personnel handling receiving, material handling, picking/packing, and outbound shipping.
• Drives OT/Delivery metrics, packaging accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe, organized warehouse operations with optimized space and labeling.
• Oversees RGA, outside processing, and service orders.
• Coordinates Bills of Lading, customs paperwork, and international trade certificates.
