Job summary

The role requires at least five years in warehouse ops, leadership experience, and hazmat knowledge; a Bachelor's in supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive warehouse operations experience.
• Experience shipping/receiving, inventory control, and logistics in manufacturing.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Hazardous materials shipping certification or knowledge of DOT, IATA, IMDG.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems and shipping software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving to support production.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound freight on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with hazmat transport regulations and documentation.
• Oversee forklift operations and daily safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
• Coach and schedule warehouse staff and support development.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Track performance and escalate risks as needed.
• Align with Plant Manager and stakeholders to meet goals.
