Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/associate preferred.
• 3+ years operating powered industrial trucks.
• 3+ years using ERP, WMS or MES systems.
• 3+ years in a warehouse environment.
• 1+ year in manufacturing and/or embecta experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team compliance with controlled documents and direct associates.
• Provide work direction and training in assigned areas.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, completion, and handoff; maintain safety.
• Coordinate with Line Leads to standardize processes and transitions between shifts.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support safety and production goals and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain regular attendance and support department needs.
