The role emphasizes leadership, developing staff, scheduling, and enforcing policies; you’ll ensure timely shipping to meet customer needs and maintain compliant, productive operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or similar
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience
• 5 years minimum experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• 5 years minimum experience supervising and developing employees

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse operations.
• Maintain worker safety and report unsafe acts or conditions.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, and inventory management.
• Schedule and allocate staff to maximize productivity and manage overtime.
• Discipline and documentation of performance; interview, hire, train employees.
• Coordinate space management, dock facilities, and material flow.
• Ensure timely shipping to meet customer needs.
