Job summary

Responsibilities include managing personnel, scheduling, cycle counts, order verification, and forklift operations, all while maintaining a clean, efficient facility and high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of material-handling experience.
• Forklift certification and ability to drive a box truck (preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work under deadlines.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with scheduling deliveries and inventory management tech.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations and personnel.
• Manage inventory control and cycle counts.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of exterior building products.
• Schedule shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Hire and manage warehouse staff; approve schedules to minimize overtime.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Operate forklift and support truck loading/unloading.
• Establish bin locations and verify orders.
